Our Leadership Philosophy
This is a sovereign church under the sole leadership of Jesus Christ. The membership through its Elders retains unto itself the exclusive right of self-government in all phases of the spiritual and temporal life of this Church. We shall be able to attain this only by a unified spirit, prayer and guidance by the Holy Spirit.
Servant Leadership
We believe in leading by example, following Christ's model of servant leadership. Our leaders are committed to serving the congregation and community with humility and love.
Collaborative Decision Making
We value the input of our congregation and seek to make decisions through prayer, wisdom, and community discernment.
